Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to N8 Aquatics subscription products, including the Artemia (Brine Shrimp) Monthly Subscription.
How subscriptions work: When you subscribe, you're enrolled in a recurring monthly plan that renews and ships automatically. You'll be billed each cycle using your saved payment method, with free shipping included on every subscription order.
Managing or cancelling: You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or the subscription link in your order emails. You can also email us at n8aquaticsau@gmail.com and we'll action it for you.
Cancellation cut-off: To stop your next order and charge, please cancel at least 2 business days before your next renewal date. As live food dispatches every Monday, cancellations received after that cycle's cut-off may not take effect until the following cycle, and the current order will still be sent.
Effect of cancellation: Cancelling stops all future renewals and charges. Any order already billed or dispatched for the current cycle will still be fulfilled.
Refunds: We don't generally refund an order that's already been billed and shipped, but if something's gone wrong, contact us and we'll make it right in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
