Corydoras Sterbai Catfish - A Striking Spotted Schooler for the Community Tank
The Corydoras Sterbai Catfish is instantly recognisable by its bold white-spotted body with bright orange pectoral fins, one of the most eye-catching corydoras varieties available to Australian aquarists. This peaceful bottom-dweller spends its day sifting through soft substrate, its barbels sweeping for scraps of food while its patterned flanks stand out beautifully against dark aquarium gravel.
Naturally social, Corydoras Sterbai are happiest in a tight-knit shoal of their own kind, where their characteristic darting movements and resting-on-their-fins behaviour are on full display. They are a hardy, adaptable species that tolerates a wide range of established aquarium conditions, making them a reliable addition for new and experienced keepers alike.
At N8 Aquatics, our fish are carefully raised and conditioned to ensure healthy stock suited to home aquariums.
