The Golden Angelfish wears a warm, glowing golden-yellow body that brightens any planted aquarium, a beautiful contrast to the more common silver and black forms. It retains the same tall, elegant, disc-shaped silhouette and flowing fins that have made Angelfish a beloved centrepiece species for decades.

Golden Angelfish are hardy and adaptable, settling comfortably into a well-planted community tank, though like all Angelfish they become more territorial as they reach adulthood and begin to pair off.
