Head & Tail Light Tetra - Twin Points of Light Front and Back
The Head & Tail Light Tetra is instantly recognisable for its two luminous spots — one on the head, one at the base of the tail — that seem to glow independently as the fish moves. Between the two, a translucent silvery body with a fine lateral stripe ties the look together.
It's a genuinely undemanding species, settling into a relaxed and confident schooling pattern once it has a few companions around it. Being tolerant of a wide temperature and pH range, it's a dependable option for keepers wanting eye-catching colour without the fuss of a fussy species.
At N8 Aquatics, our fish are carefully raised and conditioned to ensure healthy stock suited to home aquariums.
