Opaline Gourami - Elegant Marbled Patterning for the Community Tank

The Opaline Gourami displays marbled blue-silver opaline patterning across its body, a soft, shifting mix of tones that catches the light beautifully as the fish moves through the water. It's a graceful swimmer with the characteristic long, feeler-like ventral fins shared by the standard gourami group.

An adaptable and hardy fish, the Opaline Gourami settles well into most established community aquariums. As with other standard gourami, males can be territorial toward one another, so a single male or a well-planted layout with visual breaks works best.
