Rainbow Shark - A Bold, Territorial Standout for the Community Tank
The Rainbow Shark cuts a striking silhouette with its dark torpedo-shaped body, upright shark-like dorsal fin and contrasting red-tinted fins, giving it real presence in the aquarium. It's an active fish that establishes a favourite spot among rockwork or caves and patrols it with confidence.
This species is territorial and should be kept as a single individual per tank, showing semi-aggressive tendencies toward other similarly shaped bottom dwellers while remaining peaceful with dissimilar community fish higher in the water column. Providing plenty of caves and rockwork helps it settle and reduces territorial disputes.
At N8 Aquatics, our fish are carefully raised and conditioned to ensure healthy stock suited to home aquariums.
