Description

Scissortail Rasbora - Elegant Scissor-Tail Markings on an Active Schooler

The Scissortail Rasbora is named for the distinctive scissor-like black and white markings on its forked tail, which appear to open and close as the fish swims, set against a slender, elongated silvery body.

Growing noticeably larger than most nano schooling fish, this rasbora is a confident, active swimmer that spends most of its time cruising open water in a tight group, bringing constant motion to a larger community tank.

At N8 Aquatics, our fish are carefully raised and conditioned to ensure healthy stock suited to home aquariums.
