Singapore Spiral Snail - Active Spiral-Shelled Algae and Substrate Grazer

The Singapore Spiral Snail is easily identified by its elongated, tightly-wound spiral shell, quite different in shape from the flatter ramshorn or rounded mystery snail forms. It is a genuinely active species, frequently seen moving across glass and substrate in search of food.

This hardy little grazer splits its time between sifting through substrate and cleaning algae from hard surfaces, making it a useful all-rounder for tank maintenance. It is peaceful with all but the smallest of shrimp fry, easy to keep, and settles happily into nano tanks of any size.
