Ideal Habitat and Care

Will grow under low-tech conditions but rewards a nutrient-rich substrate and liquid fertilising with noticeably deeper violet colouration. More light generally means more vibrant leaves.

Propagation & Trimming

Trim the top of the stem and replant the cutting to keep growth bushy and propagate new plants. Regular trimming also helps prevent lower leaves from being shaded out.
