Description

Zebra Danio - The Classic Striped Community Favourite

The Zebra Danio is the fish that introduces countless Australians to the hobby, sporting the classic horizontal blue and silver-gold stripes running the length of its torpedo-shaped body. It's a fast, energetic swimmer that brings constant motion and life to any community tank.

Renowned for its toughness, this species tolerates a wide swing in temperature and water chemistry, making it one of the easiest fish to keep long-term. A tight-fitting lid is a must though, as this active jumper will happily leap clear of an open-top tank if given the chance.

At N8 Aquatics, our fish are carefully raised and conditioned to ensure healthy stock suited to home aquariums.
